At Bharat Musicals, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with any product, you may return it for a full refund, credit, or exchange of your choice within 10 days of the delivery date.

Important Return Guidelines:

1. Return Window: Returns are only accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.
2. Condition of Items: All returned products must be in their original packaging, including all components such as the warranty card and owner’s manual. Items must show no signs of wear or damage. To avoid issues during return shipment, please pack the product securely as it was delivered. Failure to do so may result in the return being refused or subjected to a 15% restocking fee.
3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed for the product value only and will exclude any shipping and handling charges, unless the product was received damaged or defective. Any physical damage must be reported to Bharat Musicals within 2 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable unless they are defective:

• Opened or used sets of strings and boxes of reeds.
• Computer software, audio interfaces, MIDI keyboards, or any product requiring registration, as they cannot be reassigned to another user.
• Internal earphones, earplugs, traditional and ethnic wind instruments (e.g., saxophones, harmonicas) due to hygiene concerns.
• Installed pickups or other installed items.
• Drumheads, sticks, books, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos.
• Digital pianos with 88 keys.
• Instruments with missing, altered, or tampered serial numbers.
• Open box products, which have been tested for functionality. If a purchased open box product is non-functional, please contact us.
• Products damaged by improper power supplies or voltage instability.
