WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

DISPATCH: The estimated dispatch time for each product is listed on the respective product page. This includes a standard processing time of 2 business days, plus any additional sourcing or processing time specific to certain products.

SHIPPING: Please anticipate potential delays beyond the dispatch date. Couriers may experience additional transit and region-specific delays. In some cases, shipments may arrive later than the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) shown on the courier’s tracking page.

Dispatch Times:

  • “Dispatches the Same Day”: This applies to orders placed before 2 PM. Orders received before this cutoff will be dispatched the same day.
  • “Dispatches in 24 Hours”: Verified orders are dispatched within 24 business hours. Most products go through a quality control process before leaving our facility, especially string instruments, which undergo a rigorous inspection prior to shipping.
  • “Dispatches in Indicated Days”: For items requiring additional processing, the product will first be transferred from our remote facility to our delivery warehouse. This process may take a few days, as indicated in the product details. Once the product arrives, it is tested and then shipped. If unforeseen circumstances cause delays, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue with your order.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

  • Air Express Shipping: Available for most products and serviceable pin codes. Note that high-volume products like stands, keyboards, pianos, drum kits, and foam panels are excluded.
  • Xtra Protectâ„¢ Packaging: By selecting this option, we add extra protective packaging to minimize the risk of transit damage. In the rare event of damage or a lost package, we will promptly process a re-shipment after resolving the claim with our shipping partner. This may take additional time due to the claims process.

Delivery Expectations:

Most customers receive their orders by the estimated delivery date provided on the product page after entering their pin code. However, some exceptions may cause delays. Musical instruments and professional audio equipment are delicate and require careful testing and packaging. While we may not always offer the fastest shipping, we prioritize the safe delivery of your products. Our methods ensure minimal transit damage across India, and we aim to maintain this standard. Your product’s safe arrival is our top priority.
